I did the 5 day Kaplan Course and I strongly recommend it to those who are short on confidence in terms of clinical patient encounters and are not short on money. Although it is expensive it makes the real exam seem easier than it would normally seem.The practice of the simulation exam makes you relaxed and confident to face the real deal.But whatever people say the bottom line remains that one has to practice as much as possible because its better to make a mistake when it won't hurt you as much..so shed the embarrassment mask and do as much on your partner as you can.
